Please check here for all the latest information from our annual shareholder's meetings. These meetings are limited to the shareholders in the Mutual Water Company. If other interested parties wish to attend, they should contact the president, Mike Miller, at president@VDMWater.org. He can set up a special meeting to go over whatever issues they may want to discuss.
2024 Annual Shareholder's meeting
This year's all-shareholder's was held on April 16th via Zoom. The information for joining the Zoom meeting was sent in our member's bills.
If you are not registered for alerts, please click the orange button to the right of this text and register so you won't miss what is going on. This is VERY important so you will receive timely notices about things that affect your water supply. Your contact information is not shared with anyone.
All water company shareholders were urged to attend this important meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to:
- Elect positions for the Board of Directors.
- Report on the status of the Villa Del Monte Mutual Water system. Including the storage tank replacement and treatment system improvement project.
- Review the 2024 Budget including:
- Storage Tank Upgrade Project progress.
- System maintenance backlog and progress.
- Status of the annual financial review.
- 2024 rate increase
- Transact any other business of the company.
